      <description>My phone bill has increased from £8.25 to £11 and now again to £13.50.... What is happening?? I have had no emails or contact about any increase. The cost is too much so will obviously leave as soon as if this is what they are planning to charge and keep doing. Is this going to happen every month now??</description>
