I am in the Philippines and can't make or receive calls

It's a 'rest of world' location so is very expensive.

£2,160 per Gig of data (yes 2 thousand pounds)

£2.16 per minute to make calls

£1.80 per minute to receive calls

You may have already hit your spend cap.

If you have a spend cap set then you can increase it here:

It's not clear what your issue is.

If you have hit your spend cap then you cannot continue until you increase/remove it.

Be aware that removing the spending cap would be extremely unwise as you'd then be liable for a potentially unlimited bill. In particular do not do so while having cellular data switched on.

Thank you all for your help ....... I am stuck in a hospital in Manila and don't need data but I do need to make some urgent calls to the UK.
I appreciate the callls are not cheap but the few I need to make are quite urgent.
At the moment I can't make or receive any calls which means I can't even sort this issue out with SKY.
