You can ask sky to look at it but it would need to be sent away. Just to check he does have the latest iOS firmware installed ?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Press and quickly release Volume UP button&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Press and quickly release Volume DOWN button&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Press and Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears and then release the Side button (Can take up to 20 seconds.&lt;STRONG&gt; (DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help my sons I phone 15 keeps freezing the resetting has always worked but yesterday it remained frozen on Home Screen the device was purchased October but not given until Xmas day&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
