      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered an iPad Air a month ago and it has been on back order ever since. I was told it would come in 1 week but nothing. When i try and view the iPad on the sky website it says it's not available. Can anyone help, is it even coming, shall i try and cancel it?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Simple answer…&amp;nbsp;If you’re not already aware this is a customer helps customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services. Sky won't contact you. In fact they won't know who you are from a forum post.&lt;/P&gt;
