&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If you have had your current number for more than 12 months just order a new sim when logged into your account (don't accidentally order a replacement). It will come with a new (but almost certainly recycled) number. When its activated call Sky on 150 to cancel the old number.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Otherwise Sky won't change it unless you're receiving threats etc which have been reported to the police and you have a police reference number.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
