Trying to get sky sim apn to set up security camera

Trying to use a sky sim in a 4g security cam, it's asking for on first line it says : setup apn

Second line: enter apn username

Third line: password of apn

Forth line is a drop down with these selection options, PAP, CHAP, CANCEL.

does anyone know what i should put on each line?

And where is password of apn, the sim in my phone has 'none set' ?

Update: the Forth drop down list is titled, please select authorization mode.

Hi @andy2500 all you normally need to input is

Name	Sky Mobile Internet
APN	mobile.sky

Hi, is your camera working ok with your sky sim? If so, what make is your camera? We have a Xega camera which keeps losing connection. Re entering the APN gets it running again. The camera customer support is blaming the SIM but the same SIM worked in a Reolink camera for years.
