    <description>&lt;P&gt;I currently have 5 things out with sky, but of of them is my daughters phone&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it's her birthday I'm looking to upgrade it.. here's my issue&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I want to upgrade and send the phone back and pay the difference but it won't let me because I have 5 items ... but I'm just swapping the 5th technically if that makes sense&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;anyway around this?!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4351358"&gt;@BeckyMotton&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; the only thing you can do is call sky on 150 to see if they can help you. As you are at your 5 limit then you can't upgrade online until one is cleared and it isn't cleared until after you complete the upgrade.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was thinking this&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;as you said it's not completed until they receive the returned phone x&lt;/P&gt;</description>
