Phone number transfer

I have now waited 48 hours for my old phone number to transfer and nothing. I was requested to activate on line my new sim which I think I did?

Please let me know ehere I am in this process.

We're other customers here and not Sky so we cannot check.

Did you obtain a PAC code from your previous supplier?

Does your Sky sim work now so can you make a call or send a text message or use mobile data via it as you should be able to via the number it came with. If you can make a call when did you give Sky your pac code from your previous network ?
