      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm in the US and only have SOS showing and no network. This issue actually started yesterday before I had left the UK and has continued. Before Sunday morning, I had no issues at all with getting network on my iPhone 15.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried all of the possible options suggested on the Sky Mobile website, none of them work.&lt;BR /&gt;I'm travelling solo so cannot use anyone else's phone so I can't call Sky to speak with anyone directly and can only use my phone when using the hotel WiFi. &amp;nbsp;Any help would be greatly appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Although you don't have to do you have a spend cap set because if you do it needs to be high enough to cover your stay.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;That apart have you tried searching for other networks to see if your device will connect and then work ?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also make sure this setting is set to Abroad:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Apple:&lt;BR /&gt;Settings &amp;gt; Mobile Service &amp;gt; SIM Applications &amp;gt; Make sure this is set to Abroad..&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Android:&lt;BR /&gt;Sky Menu App or SIM toolkit &amp;gt; Roaming &amp;gt;&amp;nbsp;Make sure this is set to Abroad.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
