Hi,

my bill of £41.50 has came out. When it's only meant to be £24. I've noticed I have made calls to international. I am not aware of this. I did not make those calls. Especially if it's to a USA Landline. Really confused on how this has happened. Is there anything you can do please? To try and refund me the extra money that's been taken out.

Hi @Jay177 you aren't talking to sky CS here. Is anything showing in your phones call logs for the dates and times on your bill ?

All you can do is to call Sky to ask them about this, 150 being the free number to use and when you do say nothing when asked anything by the bot.
