Esim QR code not working - Google Pixel 9 XL

Received my new Google Pixel 9 Pro XL today , which was orders with an Esim (so I can use daily SIM physical and esim) when trying to add the Esim I scan , I get the Error can't connect to network.. I've tried WiFi and my current SIM mobile data.. and nothing works , spoke to Sky although number provided goes to the broadband department ... They tried to reissue an eSim but couldn't ... So I'm in limbo ...

Are you new to Sky so are you trying to setup and use an esim for the first time or do you have one on another Sky mobile that needs transferring to this new phone ?

Its a new Sky mobile account .. not a great experience so far..

I have followed the process to activate and install.. and nothing works. Tried my previous device also and also didn't work .

Must be an issue with the eSim ...
