    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks everyone for your help. Phoned sky today as sim still restricted.&amp;nbsp; It seems because paying back arrears took longer than Sky would like the sim is now "defunct " can't be activated again so I now have to wait for a new sim to arrive.&amp;nbsp; Good news is it's only £5 a month &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":smiling_face_with_smiling_eyes:"&gt;😊&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":thumbs_up:"&gt;👍&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;How much arrears was there?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The payment may not have cleared - if it doesn't activate tomorrow try calling Sky on 150 (it should worked even with a restricted account)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes I have set up payment details for the next payment due 2nd April. Arrears were over £100 ( 2 phones on my account) don't see how much owed would affect getting service back though ? It's Tuesday now and still waiting.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Restrictions will have been applied automatically so agents can’t override this process.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If your payment is two or more weeks overdue you will have to pay the next bill as well. Also it’s worth noting that if you’re in arrears for 56+ days Sky can fully terminate your subscription. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Once your full payment has cleared and is in Sky’s account your services should be reinstated, but this may not be instant.
