Hello I ordered phone from sky and the address I put I had to change how long will it take for them to deliver the pho es to new address please

Tjr phone will only be deliveeed to the address that was on the account when it was ordered. If you need it delivered elsewhere you will need to call Sky as they will have to cancel the order, update your address and then place the order again for you which will mean you will be credit checked again.

Yeah I had to cancel the order and out it to my new address so how long will this take please

If they have stock and you pass the credit checks then usually next day.

As we’re customers we have no insight into stock levels or any delivery timescales. The most up to date information (after credit checks are complete) on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (usually DPD) which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.
