hi so i swapped my iphone 14 pro max and they even said its been delivered to us but when i called them they said once it comes to us we will refund ur money but they keep charging me for both phones but i dont have both only my new one and i dont know how to stop the payments from the old one and get my money back frm the old one

Hi @shaz46 when did you send your old phone back as it takes 3 weeks for returns to be processed ?

I've returned my impound 13 for a swap and they have said as it's still locked into my iCloud they can't continue. This is untrue as the iCloud has been terminated and they are still charging me for the unit on top of my new phone. Disgusting

I'm the same. Swapped my iPhone 13 for a 16* said they would refund my old. Using the iCloud us locked excuses but this was all cleared. Had it for 2 months now..... still waiting
