    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello guys this is officialy the worst time of my life and the most horrible network provider is sky please hear me out. I came to Europe sim was working fine 2£ a day i didn't bother but the account got restricted on 24&amp;nbsp; february keep in mind not even a month of owning the sim they said because of a background issue and will get resolved within 48 hours&amp;nbsp; fast forward days and days horrible experience with horrible and very bad staff days and days goes by I call every day and each day they say they will investigate and they need to make a request or something&amp;nbsp; every day they keep lying i record every conversation I had with them and they said simply can't help ya bye wait for there email.!!!!!!! It's been more than week!!! My viza expires tommroow and I'm not alowed to stay in the country now when I buy a plane ticket my bank sends a verification code to that sim wich is completely blocked I can't recive sms or call or even call on it nothing!!!!! I cant access my banking online now as I been locked out cuz of that code I requested a pac code to switch to another and days and days go bye but they keep lying!!!!!!!!! I lost my appointment for my son who has stage 1 cancer&amp;nbsp; * he's the reason I'm in eu for medical treatment***&amp;nbsp; they restricted the sim WHILE I was driving to the hospital lost the appointment had to pay again!!!!!!! I lost my immigration appointment because I DIDNT PICK UP they said so they booked another appointment me on October 18th now THANKS SKY&amp;nbsp; literally i have no money ans stranded in europe cuz I can't&amp;nbsp; access my online banking I tried calling my bank they said to call the sim provider!!!! I gave 50€ cash left and I will literally be homeless with my 12 year old boy because I keep money on my bank and physical debit transaction I keep disabled due to security reasons&amp;nbsp; and today I called and they said they have to make. A NEW REQUEST for pac code and will take 48 hours for a reply from the back office keep in mind I told them my visa situation they said they can't do anything about it and I should go to a homeless shelter!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have recording proof&amp;nbsp; after they reply within 48 hours they need to ask me some security questions then could take 24-48 hours to issue me the pac code then obviously about 24h for the transfer to my new provider I AM LITERLY STRANDED they won't say anything why it's restricted they keep transferring calls over and over 6 hours I have been on there stupid call and nothing!!! He ended saying sorry I can't help u and we have to wait for back office to decide 48 hours&amp;nbsp; this is outrageous I'm starting to have a&amp;nbsp; headache belive me&amp;nbsp; DONT JOIN SKY!!!!!)(((( THEY SAID if I paid £50 my services would get reinstated&amp;nbsp; keep in mind I had to BEG a freind for 50£ wich I thought I would never end up doing and I paid then they transferd me to the **LOYALTY SPECIALIST**&amp;nbsp; and he said&amp;nbsp; there wasn't any reason at all to pay because the payment isn't due for 2 weeks from that date i paid back then !!! I told him what do I do and the **LOYALTY SPECIALIST* SAID its out of his jurisdiction and he couldn't help me at all because he hasn't seen this restriction !!!!! Or he could simply raise a case for a pac code and takes 48 hours keep in mind days and days went by and nothing !!!! NO TRACE OF THE CASE OR THE PAC JUST A BUNCH OF LYERSSS i will end up going to court when I'm back in England!.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
