Hi i have just recieved my phone but my sim hasnt arrived and i want to put another sim in there for the time being but its not connecting to the phone. is there a way to unlock the phone to be able to use any sim.

Hi @Amadou12 all phones supplied by sky are already unlocked.

I have lost my phone but i have sky protect would they be able to replace my phone?
