Hi I want to return my phone. I bought the iphone 16 pro however i'm not happy with the size so i'd like to return it and buy the iphone 16 pro max. I bought it on contract. Please advise me on what to do. Thank you.

If you are still within your cooling off period (1 month) then call Sky (150 from a Sky SIM) to arrange a return.

If you’ve had it more than 31 days you can't send it back without incurring substantial charges. Some more information is available here

Keep any subsequent proof of posting safe and indefinitely and be aware if you order the alternative Pro Max you will undergo further credit checks.
