      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have just sent this to sky (not really expecting a reply but you have to hope)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Dear Sir, having been a loyal customer for over 12 years now I am considering cancelling my Sky Mobile Bill account (I will still use my phone as will my wife use hers). My reason for doing this is that maybe it will prompt Sky to sort out my billing issues. I have tried unsuccessfully to get you to show my billing, been passed on to all and sundry, everyone promising to get it sorted, forms filled in and submitted by whoever I talked to on the phone. Nothing has changed. Every time I attempt to get mobile billing information your web page directs me to your generic sales page. I really do like my phone and the service you have provided over the years, I do not wish to change it. I really need help not false promises.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;On another issue the information you hold on me is also wrong. I no longer have the land line numbered&lt;FONT size="2" color="#808080"&gt; [Removed]&lt;/FONT&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It would also seem that you are holding 3 email addresses on me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The 3 addresses deleted by me.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can we not consolidate them into one usable account.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I look forward to your reply with anticipation&lt;/P&gt;
