5G not working at all

For the past 2 weeks my 5G has stopped working on 3 occasions. It isn't being slow it just isn't working at all even tho it says 5G at the top of my screen with full bars. It doesn't matter where I am it just goes completely off for about 6 hours maybe longer. I have tried restarting my phone, turning it on and off, resetting the network settings, cleaning the sim, putting it on airplane mode but nothing is working.

Phone is an iPhone 16 pro max

I get the same. 5g or 3G just doesn't work.

Mine is the same. It never works but always has full bars and says 5G at the top

I'm also the same issue. As soon as I leave the house I know longer have a data connection even though 5G is listed as full coverage.

This happens to me- is there nothing we can do to resolve it?
don't feel like there is any point to pay for data when it doesn't work

Same here - it’s completely unreliable! I even had a Sky rep call me a few months back to check if I was having any issues; I said it was pretty bad at times and he said "so it's all ok then?" I couldn't be bothered to repeat myself when he clearly wasn't paying attention. Now just waiting for my contract to end.
