      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Sky ,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been waiting on someone calling me regards this , everytime someone calls the whole scenario starts again and I end up spending an hour on the phone and told someone will call me back from the networks team it is now nearly a month since I raised the issue and it si still occurring with the Sky network , I need this escalated to the team that can look at a call trace level.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Frustrated&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ray&lt;/P&gt;</description>
