How can I turn off parental control without having a credit card. I have a contract with sky mobile, sky broadband and sky stream but I still can't turn off parental control

Call Sky on 150 and they will be able to validate the removal.

Only a credit card will suffice (not a debit card). You can borrow a credit card if you haven't got one yourself, it doesn't have to be yours. The only other way is if you have signed a credit agreement with Sky, then they will already know you are 18 or over so if you call them on 150 they can deactivate this for you.
