Pre ordered Phone still not delivered a month later later

I pre-ordered an S25 phone on the 27th of January and was told it would arrive on the 7 of February the launch date. I still haven't received the phone. I contacted Sky on 3 different occasions. I was given various different excuses from the color being out of stock to the double storage being out of stock for each time I was told I would have it within a week and the last time I was told I would have it within three days. It is now a month late and I still haven't got my phone. Has anyone else got this problem?

Thanks for that. But from that link, I can only track the phone if the courier has received it. I checked with the courier and they haven't received it yet.

What does it say on the link as it should say it has been dispatched when it is on it's way to the courier.

No it hasn't been despatched yet.
