      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been trying to buy a phone on a 36 month contract and when i go to checkout, it says upfront cost which is the total amount. I dont understand why. I want to buy the phone on a monthly basis contract not pay full amount.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;This might have happened if you have failed a credit check so the only way is to pay for the total cost in one go. You could call Sky to see if they know if this is the reason but it could well be,&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Repeated attempts at getting a contract will only make it worse. A call to sky would confirm but they can't tell you why you may have failed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
