Prepaid packaging to return phone

I don't understand the prepaid packaging instructions. I'm worried about breaking the box and then not being able to return my old phone. Is there anyone that can describe what I need to do step by step please? The instructions just aren't clear enough to me!

Hi @Lisa-P1987 i think @Elss1 is actually struggling to understand the instructions on how to fold the box that comes for them to return the device.
