Waiting for delivery

Dpd delivery terrible as home with other family on Thursday & Friday - delivery driver at 18:00 ish lights on in 3 of the front windows curtains still open and tv on & dog would bark if he knocked or rung the door bell & now phone not getting delivered till Monday.

And I feel like cancelling order as offered to collect from Dpd in Edinburgh 20 mins from home or go to Sky shop & no reply from Sky

If you want to see if it is possible to collect it via DPD you would need to contact them about this.

You'd need to call Sky to cancel. I'm not sure how you contacted Sky but if it was email, Sky don't use email for general communication and the device has to be delivered to the account address for security reasons.
