Set up new I phone 16, can make calls but not receive them tried all the tips but it's still not working

Did you move a Sky sim from a different phone to this oen and if so is the correct number now showing in settings ?

Yes u even rang sky, they ended up hanging up saying it should work... not impressed

Hi nope we thought we had cracked it, but have discovered that no family members who are on EE can ring the new phone ... going to ring both sky & EE to try & finally get it sorted

like I said if you are on EE it doesn't work any other network works

No it's a new sim ... gone from EE to sky

Did you number successfully transfer from Ee to Sky.

If you have a physical sim as sky to convert your sim to esim.

I had alot of issues with this when i moved from my provider to sky

Apparently the phone is faulty... it's going back I contacted sky themselves & they have arranged for a replacement

hope you get sorted soon
