Pac SIM still not working

I Pac'd my number on my newly activated sky SIM ,was told I would be live by next day, my sky account now shows my pac'd number but there is no recognition the new SIM on my phone and the previous providers SIM still working, What should I do.?

Yes it was yesterday morning after I activated the SIM

Then it should complete today. Try restarting your phone with the Sky SIM in it once notified its complete.

The transfer can take place anytime today so what you have said this has yet to happen yet. Usually you will be notified when this has taken place.
