      <title>eSIM registered as physical SIM preventing reinstall</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought and cancelled eSIM order since eSIM reinstall was not possible and qr code lost during delivery.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. QR code dissapeatex when esim was installed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. After need of removal of the esim on the device the eSIM card section on the account would say it were a physical sim, preventing from getting any eSIM settings or QR code to update/reinstall it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. two eSIM on the account do not send sms messages to each other to recover accounts either.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The eSIM options and services seems extremely neglected by your it teams and services delivered poorly on these.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
