We are customers here so you are not talking to Sky.

When you put through a swap you are given a price based on the information you provide, when the device is return it is then inspected for issues so a final price is then given which will be this £272. You could call Sky to challenge this but seeing as you have said it is damaged then you might find they stick to their guns with this.

I had a bill of £272 left from my device swap of my I phone 14 pro. But I never actually got told what price I was being given for it.
it was in great working order and good condition on the front but just. Had a cracked back which was stated hence what there said they had to review it before letting me know but never told me and billed me £272 which if I'm working it out right you basically saying that you offered me around £100 for it which is ridiculously low and I'm not happy at all if so ????
