Hi I have a kids smartwatch the imoo z1 and I'm finding the coverage dreadful since switching from 48 to sky mobile Ireland keep losing signal and not reconnecting

I have been chatting to mfg (China) but not getting very far one thing I found was there was no apn settings detected on the parents app. I have added this manually today to see if that helps but sky weren't very helpful on the subject matter.

just as an fyi

APN mobile.sky

username none

password none

MCC 234

MNC 57

only just done so will monitor during the day

manually input the following apn settings in the imoo app

APN: mobile.sky

username:

password:

MCC: 234

MNC: 57

This seems to have resolved it
