Backorder iPad 10th generation

Hi, I'm frustrated as I ordered an iPad 10th generation from sky mobile and the iPad was out of stock in all colours but silver. So I chose silver as I need it quickly, and the website said it was available when I ordered. I signed the contract and passed the credit check. But I have had no confirmation about when I will receive it. Now on my account it says "coming soon" or "on back order" so I'm presuming they don't have any in stock and I don't know when they will get some. Can I cancel my order without any fines?

Yes. You can cancel the order by calling Sky but if you order an alternative there will be further credit checks.

Yes as you have not received it.

Ordering another device will mean that you will be credit checked again.

No one here can tell you. It could be days or weeks.

No idea, but coming soon I would say you shouldn't be waiting more that a few weeks, hopefully !
