Piggybank data when changing phones.

I am thinking of changing my Iphone to samsung as my contract is due will the data I have in my piggybank move over to my to my new contract.

As long as you order the Samsung phone on the same account that your iphone is on then everything with your piggybank data will remain as it is now.

Yeh, it will be the same account just thinking of changing phones it just means i can get a lower data plan and use the my data in the piggy bank when I need it.

I've upgraded recently but I can't see the Piggybank option on the Sky app any longer. It appears my information hasn't transferred over. I'm on the chat with Sky at the moment but I'm being asked a million and one questions to resolve a simple issue.

If you ordered your new device/plan from your account there's nothing to 'transfer over'.

My phones appear to be unlinked. I don't know why that happened because we have kept the same numbers.

Sounds like possibly ordered new devices under a different account. Your other thread has been escalated - best to chat to Sky there.

I ring up the help line but the only option is to send me a link to the very section where I don't see the phones linked to my account

It's like going round in circles with no resolution.
