Hi @Biffy only in the case of harassment and the involvement of the police. If you have had your sim more than 12 months just order a new one with the plan you want then call sky on 150 to cancel the old one.

So I just order a new sim,? As it is needed, sorry sounds dumb but never had to do this before

If your current sim is out of contract then you can order a new data plan and cancel the existing one once active.
