Hi everyone. We are in New York and despite following all instructions (chat closed, phone line not working) we can only use our phones on wifi. Would appreciate any help!

I'm in the USA. My phone has worked great for the past four days all of a sudden I can't make phone calls. Send text. WhatsApp won't work. I have plenty of data it's showing 5G and it's also showing Internet. I don't know what's going on

I’m also in the USA and I’m also having the same issue today on 3 sims it needs sorting now.

Roaming stopped working after 2 weeks in US

We have 3 Sky phones and have exactly the same issue. As a woman travelling with 2 young children (who both unfortunately use the same provider and have the same issue) it's downright dangerous! Does anyone know what's happening as I can't get hold of Sky?

Roaming stopped working

On a day 7 of US trip, after duly charging me £2 a day only 12 hours previously, roaming just STOPPED. No data, at all!!
Totally ruined a day spent at Pearl Harbour and Honolulu as kept worrying I'll miss tour comms. ZERO explanation, all parameters correct, tidy, timely bill payer.

Both me and my mum have sky mobiles.

we have been using sky roaming for the last two days.

today Thurs 20th Feb neither of our phones worked all day.

has sky been down?

This has been the same for me in Houston. I wondered if it was an issue with AT &T as they have some outages showing and this is who my phone is showing as connected to.

That's who we are connected to but it did say AT&T on my phone as if it was connected??

I'm in UAE and have lost roaming connection. Having to rely on WiFi

Elderly parents are in another hotel and also on Sky.

NYC and it's been down for 2 days with no data at all. Has anyone an idea when this will be fixed?

The first post on this was in the early hours of Friday 21 February (UK time). We've brought it to the attention of staff on here and the relevant team has been notified. As fellow customers we don't know how long it'll take.

I am in NY and my phone worked great on the first day which was Tuesday the 18th and okay on Wednesday the 19th. However it was slow . On Thursday stopped working, only if connected to WiFi. Same again today the Friday 21st. Tried connecting sky but can't connect.

Also in NYC with the same issue. Not sure how to contact sky. Worked ok Wednesday and the nothing yesterday or so far today (Friday 21st). Working g on WiFi. Have got the texts about roaming passport but nothing working unless on WiFi!

any advice on how to sort. Going to investigate esims to see if this gets me through but now double paying.

Same issue. In NYC. Phone were working yesterday and today unable to make calls or use data. SKY YOU ARE **bleep**. Always happens when we go abroad.

Honestly I'm disgusted. My teenage children are epi pen carriers and have to go everywhere with us, not that we would be able to call an ambulance anyway. The way we are forced to post in chat forums to get help as calls won't connect, chat is CLOSED is simply not good enough. When I get home I'm cancelling the whole sky package.

I'm posting again because this is now day 2 of not having no signal or data on 3 sims but still been charged and still receiving messages off sky confirming my international data/call package.

I will.be ringing sky (When I can) for.a full refund.
