    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been out of work for 2 months so haven't been able to pay my bill so they deactivated my sim but I was able to get the money together and payed my bill last night but this morning my sims still not working.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If your payment is two or more weeks overdue you will have to pay the next bill as well. It's important to add that if you’re in arrears for 56+ days Sky can fully terminate your subscription. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Once your full payment has cleared and is in Sky’s account your services should be reinstated, but this may not be instant. Any payment you make over a weekend or on a Bank Holiday won’t be processed until the following week.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4335992"&gt;@Adam168&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;If your account is in arrears for 56 days or more Sky can fully cancel your account, that may have happened if you missed 2 months payments, you will have to call Sky to see if that is the case.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You could also try resetting up a continuous payment method to see if your service restarts(it's one of the requirements needed once a service is restricted).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
