      <description>&lt;P&gt;It can take 2-3 weeks to be refunded so if it hasn't been then as we are customers here you will need to call Sky about this.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Your order might have been cancelled during to a failed credit check.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
