      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've noticed over the last 4/5 months that my data is always low. For example, it's always on 3G and hardly ever on 4G and I've never seen 5G be used. However, when I purchased my plan, Sky said I would be able to use 5G.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I've ran a county test (I think it's called) to see what the connection is like in the area and I have very strong connection, however, I'm always on 3G.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;If someone could provide me with any advice on this, it would be much appreciated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
