No service while using esim

Hi.

I converted to eSIM when I got my iPhone but it doesn't work and I want to covert back to a actual sim. I contacted sky over a week and half ago and they were supposed to have sent me a SIM card out.

I can't ring anyone to get help as I have no service at all.
Has anyone else had problems as I am really stuck with what to do.
