i ordered an iphone 14 on the 12/12/24 and it says currently on backorder and in progress coming soon do you know how long itll take for it come as i need it urgently and dont have any other devices

That means there is no stock to allocate to your order. Unfortunately we have no insight into stock levels and stock replenishment.
