Any update when the S25 will be delivered. I placed my order yesterday and have received the watch today but no phone. Just checking it's a delay before I open the watch

The most up to date information (after credit checks are complete) on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (usually DPD) which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot. As customers we have no insight into stock levels or the delivery timescales.

I had the watch today which was an offer with the phone. I can't get on order tracking so thought I would ask on here. Bit disappointed when only the watch was in the box and thought it might be a scam. Trying to get through to sky is like pulling teeth
