Esim verification code

Received new iPhone 15 today
Trying to convert to an esim - following the instructions Sky emailed me but the verification code Sky say they have sent is not coming through so can't proceed.

Tried several times but code is not coming through

Any ideas please?

You can use a physical sim in this phone, but that apart all you can do is to speak to Sky about this.

150 is the free number to use from another Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Say No when asked if you want a text or to go online then stay on the line.

So I can simply take the sim out of the old phone (iPhone 12) and put it in the iPhone 15? It's actually the Plus model if that makes a difference?

That is correct, just put the sim from the old phone into the new one, then it should download the settings and once it has done this you should be good to go.

Having nightmare problems, I deleted my esim from my old device and put, then rang sky and was told that they would get me a new sim - I followed the instructions and keyed in the number that I was given. It loaded it into my device - however I can't access calls or texts and data.

the esim shows 'sky - no number".

I also looked on my account and looked at the sim on my account and it my e-sim shows grey and I can't access it.

what can I do as I can't get in touch with sky
