Do sky automatically stop payments when contract has finished ? How do I find out how long the contract is was for. Have been paying for a iPad for 4 years !!

Hi @Jane157 yes they stop taking payments but if you also have a sim plan with the iPad then that continues until you cancel it. I had an iPad on swap 36 which is a 48 month contract, sounds like that's what you have. Look at future bills in your account to see if it's stopping. Also look at your device in your account or on the my sky app then tap on the payments tab to see how longs left.
