Have you checked the correct APN settings are stored in your phone @JJ+Walsh Capital letters indicates shouting so best to use lower case when asking for help.

I don't know where you stay but I found when I was at Haggerstone castle near Berwick I got no sky service even for phone calls but when I left that area it worked fine.
