Some who activate and use the PAC at the same time have had issues. My advice is activate the sim from sky first. The customer service assistant gave me a number to contact and give my PAC to when my new SIM arrives. However my Sky SIM has arrived with instructions to activate it myself using the MySky app. Is it better to use the app or contact customer service?
