&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:&lt;BR /&gt;(UK) &lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/home" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/home&lt;/A&gt; Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number&lt;BR /&gt;(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;DIV&gt;Dear Sky Mobile Customer Service, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concern regarding an issue I've encountered with my phone.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I am free to call tomorrow before 14pm and after 8am. So if there’s anything you could suggest please give me a call.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;Unfortunately, my phone is not charging at all, despite my efforts to try all possible solutions. I took it to an Apple service center, but the cost to fix it is prohibitively expensive. The issues began as soon as I first attempted to plug it in for charging, indicating that there may have been a defect from the start.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;I previously reached out to your customer service and spoke to a representative who assured me that someone would contact me back regarding this matter. However, I have not received any follow-up.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;Given the circumstances, I would like to request a return of the phone or, preferably, a replacement. I believe this is a reasonable request considering the issues I have faced. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
