    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've bought a new phone from sky as an existing customer around 2 weeks ago and activated my new sim when setting up the phone. However, it still says I need to activate it and I never got the message to say that it activated. Every time I try to replace my old sim it says there's an error. I have a swap upgrade so I'm wondering if it doesn't let me replace the sim until my new phone has been sent back&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When it comes to sims and activating them the phone plays no part in it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If all you did was to get a new phone so you didn't order a new data plan then usually you should be able to use the sim you had already&amp;nbsp;got in the new phone.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You might have to find a way to contact Sky about this so if you have no other&amp;nbsp;phone they can be contacted via social media.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
