      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have placed an order for ipad pro 13.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the delivery I received there is no item in it, but I have been getting charged for the ipad pro. Can anyone please help me with the issue with delivery or in cancelling the billing amount.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;This appears to be a global issue whereby criminals&amp;nbsp;manage to get into the delivery chain somehow and obtain the device, as suggested above&amp;nbsp;all you can do is to report it to Sky so they can start an investigation&amp;nbsp;and until that is complete (and it can take weeks) you will have to keep paying for something you haven't actually got.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
