How on earth do you fold the box to return an old phone to sky. The instructions make no sense at all!

Unfortunately not, the only videos I can find are of packaging sky hub or sky q boxes.

I have also raised this with sky @Frankie1110 i will post back here if I get anything helpful.

Was there any answers to this because currently trying to work it out myself and the image on the box with the instruction doesn't even look like the layout of what I have.
