Roaming passport

My sky roaming passport hasnt activated I'm stuck in gran canaria with an ornament for a mobile phone. None of the sky on line help as helped. Even my request for network settings have gone a stray. The bot just sends me round in circles.

Do you have a spendcap set as while you do not have to if you do it has to be set high enough to cover your stay.

Also make sure this setting is set to Abroad:

Apple:
Settings > Mobile Service > SIM Applications > Make sure this is set to Abroad..

Android:
Sky Menu App or SIM toolkit > Roaming > Make sure this is set to Abroad.

Already tried,still the same .

Bouncing from one WiFi hot-spot too another.

Hi @Old+guy60 try turning off automatic network selection in your phone settings, then do a manual search and try selecting different networks from the list.
