    <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you have a spendcap set as while you do not have to if you do it has to be set high enough to cover your stay.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Also make sure this setting is set to Abroad:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Apple:&lt;BR /&gt;Settings &amp;gt; Mobile Service &amp;gt; SIM Applications &amp;gt; Make sure this is set to Abroad..&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Android:&lt;BR /&gt;Sky Menu App or SIM toolkit &amp;gt; Roaming &amp;gt;&amp;nbsp;Make sure this is set to Abroad.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>My sky roaming passport hasnt activated I'm stuck in gran canaria with an ornament for a mobile phone. None of the sky on line help as helped. Even my request for network settings have gone a stray. The bot just sends me round in circles.</description>
