I've been over charged I think I should be getting unlimited mobile data and messages - it should come to £54 a month but I was charged £70.16

Hi @Aisha11 is this your first bill ? If so it's usually higher as you pay for the first few weeks then next month in advance. Your bill should show a breakdown of the periods covered.

What does your bill show @Aisha11 we are all customers here so no one has access to your information. Have you been abroad ? Sent any premium rate messages ?

Bill says that it's my data that's been charged but it says unlimited

I think you will need to call sky on 150 for help with this @Aisha11
